Day-wise Itinerary
Delhi to Manali –
Overnight Volvo Journey Report at the Delhi Volvo boarding point as per the scheduled time and depart for your Manali vacation. Enjoy an overnight journey by Volvo through the foothills of the Himalayas.
Arrival in Manali and
Local City Tour Arrive in Manali by morning and transfer to the hotel. After freshening up, proceed for local sightseeing covering Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, Club House, and Tibetan Monastery. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Manali to Solang Valley
After breakfast, proceed to Solang Valley to admire the enchanting surroundings and enjoy thrilling adventure activities at your own cost. During winter, the valley transforms into a snowy wonderland, perfect for snow activities. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Note: During snowfall, Solang Valley sightseeing will be covered only if weather and road conditions permit. Otherwise, sightseeing up to Barrier Point will be provided. Adventure activities are at your own risk.
Manali to Kullu, Naggar
Castle, and Delhi Departure After breakfast, check out and drive towards Kullu, stopping at Vaishno Devi Temple and Pashmina shawl showrooms. Enjoy white water river rafting, the highlight of the tour. Continue to Naggar and explore the heritage Naggar Castle, once the abode of the Kullu Raja and now a popular filming location. Visit the Roerich Art Gallery to see original paintings by Nicholas Roerich. Later, drive back to Manali and report at the Volvo stand by 4 PM for your return journey to Delhi with beautiful memories.

- MAPI Veg Meal Plan: 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners per person
- Transfers and sightseeing by individual cab as per itinerary (A/C will not operate in hilly areas)
- Individual Sumo cab for sightseeing in Manali
- 10 Volvo tickets from Delhi to Manali and Manali to Delhi
- Parking, toll tax, luxury tax, green tax, fuel expenses, and driver expenses
- Check-in at 12 PM and check-out at 11 AM
Not Included
- Airfare or train fare
- Rohtang Pass, Atal Tunnel, and Sisu (subject to availability and permissions on the spot)
- Monument entrance fees and camera fees
- Adventure activities and personal expenses
- Heater charges in hotels, Volvo luggage charges, and coolie charges
- Cost of lunches
- Travel insurance and medical expenses
- Any extra sightseeing or services not mentioned in the itinerary
- Expenses due to natural calamities, roadblocks, or political unrest
- Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions list

Terms & Conditions
• Cancellation: Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days in advance for tour FITs and 45 days in advance for groups.
• Any cancellation after the mentioned time frame will attract retention.
• Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.
• Package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement based on the availabilities of hotel, transport and whether condition etc.
• For No Shows or any un-availed service, Shivalik Holidays Trip shall not be responsible. This includes missed flights, meals, transfer or any other booked services. For alternative arrangements extra cost will be levied.
• Meal timings must be followed as per instructed time by the hoteliers. Packages booked with meal plans will have Fixed Menu (Buffet or Room Service).
• 50 % of the total package cost is mandatory in order to confirm the booking.
• Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on Ist day of arrival.
• For Same day Booking confirmation 100% Advance is mandatory if guest is not able to pay 100 % then 50% for confirmation and remaining 50% 1st day of tour after hotel check in.
• Token Amount is not refundable
• If tour is postponed then advance will be adjust in future tour valid for 1year .
• Children below 6 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel.
• Children between 6- 12 Years & Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies.
• In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.
