Day 01: LEH ARRIVAL LESIURE OF THE DAY
Meal: dinner only
Today morning arrival at Leh Meet our Represen & take a transfer to Hotel.Take some rest & Overnight stay at the hotel & Followed by dinner.

Day 02: LEH – LOCAL SIGHT SEEING
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner only
After breakfast drive to visit , Hall of Fame, gurudwara patthar sahib which was founded in the 14th Century along with Sindhu Ghat. Sindhu Ghat is situated upstream the Indus River from Leh near the Shey Palace. The Sindhu (Indus) River originates near Mansarovar Lake in the Tibetan Plateau and further enters into India and flows through the Leh Valley and then enters Spituk Monestory Pakistan. India gets its name from this river and is one of the seven most sacred rivers of India. Later return to hotel for dinner and over-night stay & followed by dinner.

DAY 03: LEH – NUBRA VALLEY
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner only
After an early Breakfast leave for to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, which is the Highest Motor-able road in the World at 18,380 ft. Arrive at Diskit by Afternoon. Later we explore the Diskit Monastery; which was founded in the 14th Century, and is one of the largest of the Buddhist Monasteries.Diskit Monestory & Khardungla pass Later in the evening back to Nubra hotel.Overnight saty at the hotel & followed by dinner.

Day 04: NUBRA TURTUK VALLEY STAY NUBRA
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner only
Today morng after breakfast check out from the hotel & Visit Nubra & Turtuk Valley sightsene .Later in the evening back to Nubra.Turtuk is known for its fruit, especially apricots. Turtuk was under Pakistani control until the war of 1971, Over night stay at the hotel & Followed by dinner.

Day 05: NUBRA – PANGONG (222 KMS/ 8-9 HRS)
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner only
After Breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Pangong lake. The clear water of this lake reflects sky color giving it a effect of changing colors from blue to turquoise/ light pink and so on throughout the day & night. Nubra to Pangong Via Shayok River Another amazing fact about this lake is that it freezes completely during winters despite being saline.Changthang Village also Cover. Overnight stay will be in Pangong camps.

Day 06: PANGONG TO LEH TRANSFER
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner only
Today morning after nreakfast check out from the hotel & Transfer to Leh .Later in the evening arrival at Leh.Check in at the hotel.Overnight stay at the hotel & Followed by dinner.

Day 07: LEH TO KARGIL TRANSFER

Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & Transfer to Kargil Later in the evening arrival at Kargil Check in at the hotel Overnight stay at the hotel & Followed by dinner.

Day 08: KARGIL – LAMYURU – MAGNETIC HILL – LEH (218 KMS/ 7-8 HRS)
Meal: Breakfast & Dinner only
Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Leh.Kargil to Leh distance is approximately 140 kilometers. Vistas from here will change. Greenerywill start to vanish and landscapes will turn into a cold desert.That as a matter of fact would already have happened once you crossed Dras. But whatever little greenerywas left also will be gone after Kargil. From here on, it will be a beautiful barren wasteland called Ladakh.Start as early as you can, probably by 7 AM because there are several places on this stretch that are worth a visit. If you started early, then it will also give you some time to reach Leh before dark..This can easily be an 8-10 hours journey. See magnetic hill, monasteries at Mulbekh and Lamayuru, Indus-Zanskar river confluence, the tall Maitreya – Buddha statue in Mulbekh, Lunar Landscapes at Lamayuru, and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib on the way.Later in the evening back to hotel.Over night stay at the hotel & followed by dinner.

Day 09: LEH DEPART
Meal: Breakfast only
Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel & proceed to Leh airport.Later at the airport take a drop desired airport & Railway station.

Package Exclusion

1. Flights, Trains, Ferries etc.
2. Monument Entrance Fees & Camera Fees.
3. Personal Expenses – Laundry, Shopping, Telephone bills, tips etc.
4. Adventure Activities – Safari, Rides, Surfing, Paragliding etc.
5. Any Extra services – Permits, Volvo Luggage Charges, Heater, Meals etc
6. Anything else not listed in above details.
7. 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).

Guidelines For Passengers

1. On Tour Guest is request to carry Booking voucher , Government approved Photo ID(Driving license,Voter’s card,Passport) and passport is required for all foreigners and registration certificate in case residing in India.
2. PAN Card will not be accepted as ID Proof.
3. Children / Students are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of school or College Photo Identity card along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
4. Due to geographical differences, few places may not have as lavish facilities as that of developed tourist destinations. In such places, Hotels are categorized on the basis of location, services and costing and not as 3 star, 4 Star and so on. The vehicle types are limited and may not be of latest models. Also general infrastructure such as hospitals, petrol pumps, ATMs etc may also be missing. Thus, Guests are requested to be well-prepared for such destinations in advance
5. Adventure Activities will be subject to Season/Off Season and subject to availability as well

Terms & Conditions

1. Check in & Check out time will be according to Hotel Policy. Also, early check in and late check-out scenarios will be subject to availability.
2. Cancellation: Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days in advance for tour FITs and 45 days in advance for groups.
3. Any cancellation after the mentioned time frame will attract retention.
4. Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies
5. Package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement based on the availabilities of hotel, transport and whether condition etc.
6. For No Shows or any un-availed service, Shivalik Holidays Trip shall not be responsible. This includes missed flights, meals, transfer or any other booked services. For alternative arrangements extra cost will be levied.
7. Meal timings must be followed as per instructed time by the hoteliers. Packages booked with meal plans will have Fixed Menu (Buffet or Room Service).
8. 50 % of the total package is mandatory in order to confirm the booking.
9. Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on 15 days before arrive
