Package Itinerary

DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI – HARIDWAR (225 KMS/ 5-6 HRS)
Upon arriving at Delhi Airport/ Railway Station, our representative will greet you and take you to Holy Haridwar. Reach Haridwar where you will be transferred to the pre-booked hotel. In evening attend a heart-touching aarti in Har-Ki-Pauri which is believed to be the place where elixir of immortality Nector (Amrit) fell during Samundra Manthan. After the aarti, return to hotel and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay.

DAY 02: HARIDWAR SIGHTSEEING (DIVINELY OUTING)
After having breakfast, proceed for Haridwar Local Sightseeing. Places to will be visit will be Daksh Prajapati temple, Ananandamai Ashram, Mata Chanda devi Temples, Mansa Devi and Parmarth. Evening free to stroll around on your own. Dinner and overnight stay will be at hotel.

DAY 03: DEPART DELHI (225 KMS/ 5-6 HRS)
Today is the last day of the last day of the tour, so check out from the hotel and depart for Delhi Airport / Railway Station for your onwards journey. While departing for Delhi recall all the memorable moments you have experienced during this Uttarakhand trip………

Guidelines For Passengers

On Tour Guest is request to carry Booking voucher , Government approved Photo ID(Driving license,Voter’s card,Passport) and passport is required for all foreigners and registration certificate in case residing in India.
PAN Card will not be accepted as ID Proof.
Children / Students are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of school or College Photo Identity card along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
Due to geographical differences, few places may not have as lavish facilities as that of developed tourist destinations. In such places, Hotels are categorized on the basis of location, services and costing and not as 3 star, 4 Star and so on. The vehicle types are limited and may not be of latest models. Also general infrastructure such as hospitals, petrol pumps, ATMs etc may also be missing. Thus, Guests are requested to be well-prepared for such destinations in advance
Adventure Activities will be subject to Season/Off Season and subject to availability as well

Terms & Conditions

Check in & Check out time will be according to Hotel Policy. Also, early check in and late check-out scenarios will be subject to availability.
Cancellation: Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days in advance for tour FITs and 45 days in advance for groups.
Any cancellation after the mentioned time frame will attract retention.
Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies
Package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement based on the availabilities of hotel, transport and whether condition etc.
For No Shows or any un-availed service, Shivalik Holidays Trip shall not be responsible. This includes missed flights, meals, transfer or any other booked services. For alternative arrangements extra cost will be levied.
Meal timings must be followed as per instructed time by the hoteliers. Packages booked with meal plans will have Fixed Menu (Buffet or Room Service).
50 % of the total package is mandatory in order to confirm the booking.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on 15 days before arrive
