Package Itinerary

Day 1: Destination – Arrival in Delhi & Delhi Sightseeing
Our Golden Triangle Package will start off from Delhi. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the hotel by our representative. After fresh up visit India Gate, Red Fort, Cannaught Place, Rashtrapati Bhawan & Raj Ghat .Overnight Stay in hotel

Day 2: Destination – Delhi – Agra (210 Kms/5Hrs)
After fresh up, Check out from the hotel & proceed to AGRA from Delhi. Arrive & check into the hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure activities. Overnight Stay in hotel.

Day 3: Destination – Agra Sightseeing – Jaipur (230 Kms/5Hrs)
After heartily breakfast, check out from the hotel and then we wil have Agra Sightseeing : We will visit Taj Mahal , Agra Fort, Red Fort ,Itmad- Ud –Dulah (Mini Taj). Later proceed to Jaipur enroute cover Fatehpur Sikri. Arrive & check into the hotel. Overnight Stay in Hotel.

Day 4: Destination – Jaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast have Full Day City Tour: Cover City Palace Complex, Jantar Mantar (Stone Observatory), Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal & Amber Fort. Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 5: Destination – Jaipur – Delhi Drop (271 Kms/5 Hrs)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and then you will be dropped at Delhi Airport/Railway station for your onwards journey.

Package Inclusions

Package Exclusion

1. Flights, Trains, Ferries etc.
2. Monument Entrance Fees & Camera Fees.
3. Personal Expenses – Laundry, Shopping, Telephone bills, tips etc.
4. Adventure Activities – Safari, Rides, Surfing, Paragliding etc.
5. Any Extra services – Permits, Volvo Luggage Charges, Heater, Meals etc
6. Anything else not listed in above details.
7. 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).

Guidelines For Passengers

1. On Tour Guest is request to carry Booking voucher , Government approved Photo ID(Driving license,Voter’s card,Passport) and passport is required for all foreigners and registration certificate in case residing in India.
2. PAN Card will not be accepted as ID Proof.
3. Children / Students are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of school or College Photo Identity card along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
4. Due to geographical differences, few places may not have as lavish facilities as that of developed tourist destinations. In such places, Hotels are categorized on the basis of location, services and costing and not as 3 star, 4 Star and so on. The vehicle types are limited and may not be of latest models. Also general infrastructure such as hospitals, petrol pumps, ATMs etc may also be missing. Thus, Guests are requested to be well-prepared for such destinations in advance
5. Adventure Activities will be subject to Season/Off Season and subject to availability as well

Terms & Conditions

1. Check in & Check out time will be according to Hotel Policy. Also, early check in and late check-out scenarios will be subject to availability.
2. Cancellation: Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days in advance for tour FITs and 45 days in advance for groups.
3. Any cancellation after the mentioned time frame will attract retention.
4. Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies
5. Package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement based on the availabilities of hotel, transport and whether condition etc.
6. For No Shows or any un-availed service, Shivalik Holidays Trip shall not be responsible. This includes missed flights, meals, transfer or any other booked services. For alternative arrangements extra cost will be levied.
7. Meal timings must be followed as per instructed time by the hoteliers. Packages booked with meal plans will have Fixed Menu (Buffet or Room Service).
8. 50 % of the total package is mandatory in order to confirm the booking.
9. Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on 15 days before arrive
