Package Itinerary

Day 01: Delhi – Dharamshala (480 Kms/ 11-13 Hrs) (Overnight Journey)
Start your exotic trip to Dharamshala by boarding the Volvo from Delhi Volvo pick up point. Overnight journey will be by Volvo.

Day 02: Arrival + Dharamshala Local
Reach Dharamshala where our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. After fresh up proceed to cover Tsuglagkhang complex. It is the official residence of 14th Dalai Lama which also hosts Namgyal Gompa, Tibet museum, library, cafe and a souvenir shop. Experience the serenity in the adopted home town of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama. Other interesting places to cover in Dharamshala will be Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, St. John Church, War Memorial, Cricket Stadium and local market. Overnight stay will be at Hotel.

DAY 03: Excursion To Kangra Valley
After breakfast enjoy your day trip to Kangra valley (30 Kms from Dharamshala). On the way, cover Kangra Museum and Mata Shri Bajreshwari Devi Mandir. Our trip will continue to Kangra Fort – A fort where one can spot evidences of battles fought among Indian rulers, Mughals, British colonies. Later return to Dharamshala for overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 04: Dharamshala – Dalhousie (120 Kms/5-6 Hrs)
Enjoy your morning meal, check out from the hotel and drive to Dalhousie. The place is also famous with the name of “Mini Switzerland of India”. Arrive & transfer to Dalhousie hotel. Rest of the day will be free to explore the local Market. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 05: Khajjiar + Dalhousie Local
Today after breakfast cover Khajjiar sightseeing (22 Kms from Dalhousie). Khajjiar is a place where one can easily spend whole day by admiring the beauty of sparkling Khajjair Lake and lush greenery surrounding it. Later hit the roads to Dalhousie. On the way back, we will take a halt at Panchpula Waterfall and churches of St. John’s. Other interesting places to cover nearby Dalhousie will be churches St. Francis & St. Patricks, Subhash Chowk and Tibetan Market. Overnight stay will be at hotel.

NOTE: Khajjiar Sightseeing will be subject to road conditions and extra cost.

Day 06: Dalhousie – Delhi (Via Dharamshala) (Overnight Journey)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Delhi Airport/ Railway Station for drop with ever memorable moments of your exotic trip…

Package Exclusion

3. Personal Expenses – Laundry, Shopping, Telephone bills, tips etc.
4. Adventure Activities – Safari, Rides, Surfing, Paragliding etc.
5. Any Extra services – Permits, Volvo Luggage Charges, Heater, Meals etc
6. Anything else not listed in above details.
7. 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).

Guidelines For Passengers

1. On Tour Guest is request to carry Booking voucher , Government approved Photo ID(Driving license,Voter’s card,Passport) and passport is required for all foreigners and registration certificate in case residing in India.
2. PAN Card will not be accepted as ID Proof.
3. Children / Students are requested to carry 2 photo copy (xerox) of school or College Photo Identity card along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
4. Due to geographical differences, few places may not have as lavish facilities as that of developed tourist destinations. In such places, Hotels are categorized on the basis of location, services and costing and not as 3 star, 4 Star and so on. The vehicle types are limited and may not be of latest models. Also general infrastructure such as hospitals, petrol pumps, ATMs etc may also be missing. Thus, Guests are requested to be well-prepared for such destinations in advance
5. Adventure Activities will be subject to Season/Off Season and subject to availability as well

Terms & Conditions

1. Check in & Check out time will be according to Hotel Policy. Also, early check in and late check-out scenarios will be subject to availability.
2. Cancellation: Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days in advance for tour FITs and 45 days in advance for groups.
3. Any cancellation after the mentioned time frame will attract retention.
4. Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company’s Policies
5. Package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement based on the availabilities of hotel, transport and whether condition etc.
6. For No Shows or any un-availed service, Shivalik Holidays Trip shall not be responsible. This includes missed flights, meals, transfer or any other booked services. For alternative arrangements extra cost will be levied.
7. Meal timings must be followed as per instructed time by the hoteliers. Packages booked with meal plans will have Fixed Menu (Buffet or Room Service).
8. 50 % of the total package is mandatory in order to confirm the booking.
9. Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on 15 days before arrive
